User Content & Comments
When you submit information through interactive features—such as support chat, feedback forms, comments, or in-app messaging—we may collect:
- The information you submit (such as text, emojis, or uploaded content).
- Your account identifier (so comments can be linked to your profile).
- Technical details such as IP address, device type, and browser/OS information, which may be used for security, moderation, and spam detection.

Media & User Content
If you choose to upload profile images or other media to the App or website, please be aware of the following:
- Embedded Data (EXIF/GPS): Images may contain embedded location or metadata (such as GPS coordinates). You should avoid uploading images with this data if you do not wish to share it.
- Visibility: Depending on your privacy settings, uploaded images may be visible to other users.
- Extraction Risk: Visitors or users may be able to download and extract metadata from publicly accessible images.
- Responsibility: By uploading images, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that no sensitive information is unintentionally shared.
We strongly recommend stripping location data from images before uploading them.
Information we may collect
We collect the following types of information to provide compatibility insights and personalized experiences:
- Personal Information You Provide
- Name or chosen display name
- Email address (for account creation and support)
- Birthdate, birth time, and birth location (to generate astrological profiles)
- Profile image or avatar (optional)
- Responses to profile questions (e.g., motto, likes/dislikes, personality survey)
- Automatically Collected Information
- Device type and operating system
- Log data and crash reports
- Approximate location (if you choose to enable proximity-based features)
We do not collect sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or financial account details.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
